Riverkeepers Parramatta
Did you know Parramatta’s name comes from Burramatta, the Aboriginal words for “the place of eels"? These fascinating animals still thrive in the Parramatta River. Come and learn about their truly amazing life cycle; create your ideal eel habitat and make an eel to take home. This program is aimed at primary school aged children; families with children over 7 years. Parents/caregivers must also book a ticket and attend - make your reservations here.
